sesame sugar snap pea salad

Crunchy. Garlicky. Gingery. Yum. Here's how it goes:

Sesame Sugar Snap Pea Salad
Serves 2 as a side

2 handfuls of sugar snap peas, trimmed
1/2 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. tamari
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Allow to marinate in fridge 30 minutes to an hour (or longer!) to allow flavors to meld. Enjoy!
